The Company

STTEPS. was founded in 2014 by a prior NFL athlete and a Corporate Human Resources & Recruiting Manager. Both were athletes since a young age in a variety of different sports. They are known to have a sincere passion and dedication towards the success of athletes.

Prior to the partnership, the NFL athlete was a client and wanted to join in on the venture in helping other athletes succeed. So here we are, STTEPS. A solid resource for athletes' future.

Here at STTEPS..

We Build the Bridge for athletes nationwide during their transition to collegiate sports, professional sports and life after their sports career. We do this through STTEPS. (Successful Transition Through Empowerment, Personal Development, & Skills Building).
